The most important part of what I do with my clients is to start a conversation that is not like their normal conversations. It is not too complicated, because it revolves around things they already know by heart, and intuitively, yet have never seen things organized/presented in such a way.
In the dialogue certain truths show themselves. I use The 5 Coins of the Helper-Learner™ and the following list of conceptual models/tools to help people bring reality and conscious awareness to situations that are presently foggy and stressful.
